Happy New Year! I spent the first day of the new year relaxing on the beach, soaking up sunshine, swimming, spending time with my sweet husband, and later on going out with our new friends Pablo and Julio. I cannot think of a better way to start the new year.

I hope this new year brings you happiness, personal growth, gratitude, hope, and love. And for those of you who love to travel, I hope your new year is full of travel and adventure. Since my new year started off on a Caribbean island I believe it is only the beginning of a year full of discovering new places, meeting new people, trying different foods, and continuing to find myself. Travel is what makes me feel happy and alive.
